From our olive groves to your kitchen, at Oleorigen we have developed our own cultivation, milling, packaging and marketing processes to ensure the highest quality product.We painstakingly consider each aspect of production, from the tree to our mill located on the estate and then onward to your table, to bring you one of Andalusian cuisine’s finest pleasures.

Everything starts with caring for our olive groves and collecting olives at their optimum ripeness from the tree (never from the ground), eliminating contact with any elements that may affect quality.
Transportation and agile grinding is carried out without delay to ensure better conservation of the fruit. In our own mill we create our oil exclusively using "cold extraction" by centrifuging at a temperature not exceeding 27 º C.
